The location was excellent, very near to center with easy access to a market and shops. The rooms were a nice size and quiet with 4 beds.

There was shuttle to the airport to be added.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, they serve outstanding food. My room was spacious and had an exceptionally comfortable bed. - the location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, close to shopping areas, markets, and restaurants....

Particularly good location near to city centre and Grand Mosque. Plus, right next to Masjid al Nur. Incredible breakfast, appetising food choice.

This venue is in a perfect and excellent location, very close to Masjid al Nur, with excellent and very welcoming staff, and nice building and rooms featuring 4 beds.

Room service make noise by knocking the door and asking for if you need soap or tissue, ..... while this must be done during cleaning the room

Thoroughly enjoyed the place. Had a very good stay for a holy visit. - My room with four bed was neat and fairly quiet. - the location was exceptionally nice and perfect, close to bus stations, convenient to go everywhere....  

Nothing. I absolutely hated it. The room was dirty. An inch of dust on furniture, blankets. Broken showers. Unfinished bathroom tiles. Filthy beds. Terrible breakfast. Smelly corridors. Instead of 4* I think it should maximum be a 2*hotel. Very Overpriced.

Although the distance from Al Haram is 1km, but it provides bus service every prayer to and from Al Haram starting one hour before Adhan and ends one hour after Adhan

The rooms are not clean - the breakfast (شغل مشي حالك) not fresh - the furniture is old needs to be refurbished - suit of 5 persons have only one bathroom so it is better to book two separate room (one double and one triple) to get two bathrooms - the rate is not 4 stars it should be 3 stars

The location here is great, within an open area, just a 15-minute walk to the city center; the staff is excellent and responsive, and the meals are outstanding and delicious.

The hotel has really helpful and excellent staff. the rooms are a nice size and come with four beds. - the food is outstanding for all meals. - the location is magnificent, near the center, supermarket, restaurants, and shopping...  

Limited Parking, and they were even charging qr 50 per day for parking. Beds were like Kids beds.

Every stuff member was very amiable. The hotel offered a fantastic breakfast.

The staff at this hotel were unbelievably helpful and respectful, making my stay extra special. The breakfast selection was mind-blowing, offering a wide variety of delicious food. Although there were no prayer mats or kettles in the room, the housekeeping staff quickly provided them upon request. The ambience of the hotel was incredible, and the spacious dining area was jaw-dropping. The location was perfect, being so close to the haram and surrounded by markets, restaurants, and shops. The room charges were super affordable at just 90 SAR per night. The check-in and check-out process was lightning fast, and the staff remained friendly and polite throughout. The cleanliness and quietness of the environment were top-notch, and the housekeeping service was excellent. The room itself was clean and well-furnished, with an excellent toilet. The hotel's appearance was very impressive, and the staff were all incredibly friendly. The presence of multiple elevators was a pleasant surprise. Although it might be a bit of a walk for older individuals, the hotel's location was surrounded by many restaurants and grocery stores. this hotel was simply amazing.
